Our Commitment

Aegis 360 HR advises Ontario employers on their obligations under the Accessibility for Ontarians with Disabilities Act, 2005 (AODA), and we hold ourselves to the same standard. We are committed to providing a website and services that are accessible to people with disabilities, and to treating everyone in a way that allows them to maintain their dignity and independence.

The Standard We Aim For

We design and maintain this website with the goal of conforming to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.0 at Level AA, the technical standard referenced by the AODA Integrated Accessibility Standards for web content. This includes meaningful text alternatives for images, sufficient colour contrast, content that is navigable by keyboard, and a structure that works with assistive technologies such as screen readers.

Ongoing Effort

Accessibility is an ongoing effort rather than a one-time exercise. We review the site as it changes and work to identify and remove barriers. If you encounter content on this site that is difficult to access, we want to know so we can correct it.

Accessible Formats and Communication Supports

On request, we will provide information about our services in an accessible format or with communication supports, and we will work with you to determine what meets your needs. There is no additional charge for this. Contact us using the details below and let us know what format or support would help.

Feedback

We welcome feedback on the accessibility of this website and our services, including reports of barriers you experience. Feedback helps us improve. You can reach us by email or phone, and we will respond as promptly as we can.
