It tracks aggregate page views and visitor counts in a privacy-first manner consistent with PIPEDA requirements. No data is sold or shared with third parties.

Data Storage and Processing

This website is hosted on Vercel, with servers located primarily in the United States and Canada. Contact form submissions are processed by Vercel’s serverless infrastructure and delivered to our inbox via Resend, a US-based email delivery service. Playbook purchases are processed by Stripe, a US-based payment processor; Aegis 360 HR does not store payment card information. By submitting a form or making a purchase on this site, you acknowledge that your information will be processed in the United States as part of these services.

Data Retention

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. Contact information from inquiries that do not result in an engagement is deleted within 12 months.

Your Rights

You have the right to request access to the personal information we hold about you, to request correction of inaccurate information, and to withdraw consent to our use of your information (subject to legal and contractual obligations).
