Aegis 360 HR is growing. Nadia Rajah, RN MN, has joined the firm as an Associate, conducting workplace investigations and dispute resolution for Ontario employers.
Nadia brings a background that is unusual in HR consulting: she is a registered nurse with a Master of Nursing degree, a former investigator at the College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario, and the Principal of Parity Consulting. She has also taught nursing at the University of Toronto. That combination, healthcare, regulation, investigation, and post-secondary education, means she understands complex professional environments and the procedural rigour that regulatory and institutional investigations demand.
Her formal dispute resolution credentials include an Executive Certificate in Dispute Resolution from the University of Windsor Faculty of Law and Negotiation Mastery from Harvard Business School. She approaches every matter through a trauma-informed lens with deliberate attention to equity, diversity, and inclusion, skills that are increasingly essential in workplace investigations involving harassment, discrimination, and accommodation disputes.
Nadia's addition to the Aegis 360 HR team strengthens our capacity to serve employers across workplace investigation and dispute resolution mandates, with particular depth in healthcare, post-secondary, and regulated professional environments.
