Aegis 360 HR is growing. Sandy McInnes, Q.Med, has joined the firm as an Associate, conducting workplace investigations and mediations for Ontario employers.

Sandy brings 37 years of leadership experience in education and manufacturing to his practice. His career spans elementary, secondary, adult, and continuing education across Eastern Ontario, including work with community and government agencies supporting individuals navigating complex educational, social, and career circumstances. That background gives him a practical understanding of the environments where workplace disputes most often arise, the operational realities, the relationships, and what resolution actually requires for the people involved.

Sandy holds his Qualified Mediator designation from the Alternative Dispute Resolution Institute of Ontario (ADRIO) and conducts all proceedings with impartiality and process integrity. His addition to the Aegis 360 HR team expands our capacity to serve Ontario employers across workplace investigation and mediation mandates, with particular depth in the education and manufacturing sectors.
